(Reuters) -Norfolk Southern, in partnership with BNSF Railway, mentioned on Friday it has reached tentative, five-year collective bargaining agreements with 4 labor unions.

The agreements present a 3.5% common wage improve per 12 months over the following 5 years, extra trip and a few enhancements to healthcare advantages.

The unions that the corporate reached agreements with are the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen Division/TCU, the Worldwide Affiliation of Sheet Steel, Air, Rail and Transportation Employees – Mechanical Division (SMART-MD) and the Transportation Communications Union/IAM.

Norfolk Southern additionally has reached tentative agreements with a number of common committees of the transportation division of SMART.
