NJ crash: Driver in deadly Teaneck hit-and-run to face upgraded fees
TEANECK, New Jersey (WABC) — The teenager driver in a lethal hit-and-run in Teaneck in January will now face upgraded fees.
Prosecutors say Alexander Vargas was excessive on marijuana on the time of the crash. In addition they say he blew by way of a number of cease indicators.
Vargas was 17 years previous on the time of the crash.
He now faces a slew of fees, together with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular murder.
