The council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises and Committee on Land Use handed the “Metropolis of Sure for Housing Alternative Plan” by a 4-2 vote. Now that the plan has handed via the committees, the total council will probably vote on it throughout a Dec. 5 assembly.
