Indices: Inventory market replace: Nifty Auto index falls 0.24%
Shares of Apollo Tyres Ltd.(up 4.03 per cent), Samvardhana Motherson Worldwide Ltd.(up 2.45 per cent), Bosch Ltd.(up 2.44 per cent), MRF Ltd.(up 1.37 per cent) and Exide Industries Ltd.(up 1.02 per cent) ended the day as prime gainers within the pack.
However, Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 1.97 per cent), Bharat Forge Ltd.(down 1.36 per cent), Balkrishna Industries Ltd.(down 1.19 per cent), TVS Motor Firm Ltd.(down 1.03 per cent) and Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 0.88 per cent) completed as the highest losers of the day.
The Nifty Auto index closed 0.24 per cent down at 25250.25.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended up 183.46 factors at 23721.3, whereas the BSE Sensex stood up 712.44 factors at 78053.52. Among the many 50 shares within the Nifty index, 26 ended within the inexperienced, whereas 23 closed within the pink.
