State police conducting inside investigation into Trooper Thomas Mascia shot alongside Southern State Parkway on LI
WEST HEMPSTEAD, Nassau County (WABC) — State police are conducting an inside investigation into the capturing of Trooper Thomas Mascia alongside the Southern State Parkway final week.
Investigators searched Mascia’s West Hempstead dwelling Sunday, two days after he was launched from Nassau College Medical Heart on Friday afternoon.
The search was to safe Mascia’s weapons, in addition to some other firearms.
