Queens taking pictures: 16-year-old killed after being shot in torso in Jamaica
JAMAICA, Queens (WABC) — A 16-year-old boy has died after he was shot in Queens on Wednesday.
Police responded to a 911 name and located the teenager unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the torso at 171-42 Liberty Ave. in Jamaica.
He was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Heart the place later died from his accidents.
Police sources say the sufferer obtained off a bus on the location, the place he obtained right into a dispute with a suspect who then shot him.
They are saying the sufferer then crossed the road and collapsed, which is the place police discovered him.
The suspect is described as a male sporting a black vest, grey-hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants and a black backpack. He fled eastbound on Liberty Avenue.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation stays ongoing.
