Thanks, and good afternoon, and welcome to the Annual and Particular Assembly of the Unitholders of Chartwell Retirement Residences. My title is Huw Thomas, and I’m the Chair of the Board.

2025 was a report 12 months for Chartwell, each strategically and operationally. On behalf of the Board of Administrators, I want to thank each member of the Chartwell workers from the senior management workforce to the workers within the company workplace and all of our properties for his or her contributions in delivering a robust, working and monetary efficiency and reaching all of Chartwell’s 2025 strategic targets and the core goal of constructing individuals’s lives higher.

Earlier this calendar 12 months, Ann Davis and Jamie Scarlett stepped down from the Board. I needed to particularly acknowledge their contributions to Chartwell’s progress and thank them for his or her dedication to Chartwell’s governance and strategic growth throughout their tenure.

We’re happy to proceed to supply a digital choice as we speak for these of you who aren’t in a position to be a part of us right here in-person in Mississauga. This format permits all unitholders and proxy holders from any location to attend, take part and vote on the assembly.
