Bike pinned in opposition to guardrail in street rage crash on Lengthy Island Expressway in North Hills

A person was charged with homicide in a street rage incident on Lengthy Island.
NORTH HILLS, Lengthy Island (WABC) — A lethal motorbike crash on Lengthy Island is now being blamed on street rage.
Police say Brian Noll, 64, swerved right into a 2016 Kawasaki, pinning the motorcyclist in opposition to the guardrail.
It occurred Friday on the South Service Highway of the LIE in North Hills.
The motorcyclist was a 29-year-old who suffered extreme head trauma.
Police haven’t mentioned what may need prompted the incident.
Noll is charged with homicide.
