Russia ballistic missile strike kills dozens in Ukraine’s Sumy, officers say

LONDON — A Russian ballistic missile strike on the northeastern Ukrainian metropolis of Sumy killed a minimum of 32 folks on Sunday morning, emergency providers stated, as many there celebrated Palm Sunday.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on Telegram that the “horrible strike” hit “an strange metropolis avenue, strange life: homes, academic establishments, vehicles on the road.”
