NEW YORK CITY (WABC) — As New York Metropolis’s new congestion pricing plan is about to start in just some weeks, a federal decide will hear arguments over the controversial plan.

There have been at the least 4 lawsuits filed in New York that problem the tolling program.

These lawsuits are a part of a last effort to pump the breaks on the plan set to enter impact on June 30.
