The International Ministry claims an “anti-Israeli marketing campaign” led to the incident in Barcelona
Israel has blamed the Spanish authorities for the vandalism of Jewish graves at a cemetery in Barcelona on the weekend.
On Saturday, the native Jewish group reported that over 20 graves within the Jewish part of Les Corts cemetery had been broken by unknown perpetrators. The Israeli International Ministry linked the incident to what it referred to as “the anti-Israel marketing campaign” by the federal government of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.

Investigators haven’t but named any suspects. Town’s Jewish group and municipal authorities restricted entry to the location over the weekend, saying they’re working to restore the injury and have additionally secured Jewish sections at two different Barcelona cemeteries.
